Rate Card - Prices effective January 1, 2007

• Computer Consulting  (on site) - Hourly Rate - $95.00

• Travel Time - Standard Hourly rate

• Bench fee for shop repairs - $90.00

• Operating system reload (flat fee) - $95.00

• Phone Support - $2.00 per minute

• Evening rate & weekend rate- Time and a half.

All hourly billing is done in one hour and 15 minute increments only (including travel time) except for flat fee and phone support.

All hardware orders must be paid in advance of ordering by check or cash. Payment is required at time of service unless credit is pre-approved or otherwise agreed upon. Major credit cards are accepted for services.
