this system in place of a phone call to our office, or in place
of email.
Once you
submit a ticket, you will be taken to a screen asking for a
username and password. At this screen, you may enter your
email address and ticket number if you wish to view the ticket.
An email will be send to you with your ticket number shortly
after submission.

How to choose your priority level:
High Priority
= System/Office wide Failures
Normal Priority
= Single Computer or non-critical system problem
Low Priority
= PC nuisance or work order requests
